A Trademark is a title that grants the exclusive right to use the identification of a certain product or service in the market.
A trademark can consist of any combination of the following elements: words, images, figures, symbols, drawings, letters, numbers or three-dimensional shapes.
The 2001 Trademark Law introduces the possibility of registering sound signs as trademarks.
