Stablishment Sign
An Establishment Sign is a title that grants the exclusive right to use a certain identification of a commercial establishment in a specific area.
Establishment signs can be a person's surname, company names, fantasy names, descriptions, anagrams, etc.
The Trademark Law has eliminated this type of registration and only allows the renewal of existing ones for a limited period of time. Consequently, it is no longer possible to apply for the registration of new establishment signs, but they are mentioned here as those registered under the previous law still exist.
