Sometimes, none of the existing global instruments of trademark protection abroad suits you. This may be because your commercialization scope is too small to register your trademark country by country. In other cases, it may be due to the fact that the state where protection of a trademark is sought has not signed any “global” protection agreement (i.e. international or community trademark). In cases such as these, our office can arrange for registration of your trademark in any country of the five continents.
